IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

 1. Candidates shall produce their Hall Ticket at the Entrance of the Examination Centre and also in the Examination Hall/Room, failing which the candidates will not be allowed to write the examination. The candidates shall sign the attendance sheet in the Examination Hall. 

2. Candidates will be permitted to appear for the Test, after their credentials are verified by centre officials and after frisking to ensure that no prohibited articles are carried. (Purses and handbags are also not allowed). At the Examination centre, the Authority will not make any arrangement for safe custody of any articles/things carried by the candidates and they shall make their own arrangements.

3. The Hall Ticket must be presented for verification along with at least one original valid identification card i.e. Passport, Pan Card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Governement Employee ID, Driving Licence etc., 

4. If any candidate received the hall ticket without photo/blurred photo/too small photo/photo without signature, the candidate should bring 3 pass port photos duly attested by Gazetted Officer and hand over the same to the Invigilator in the examination hall, failing which the candidate will not be admitted to the examination. 

5. Candidates are allowed inside the test center one and half hour before the scheduled time of the examination, as the candidates have to undergo certain procedural formalities which are required for Computer Based Test. The test Centre gates will be closed half an hour before the scheduled time of the examination. No candidates will be allowed to enter the centre after closing of the gate. 

6. The check-in procedure inside the test hall includes capturing the Photograph. This is a security feature which will allow authority to crosscheck the identify and also to prevent impersonation cases. 

 7. Candidates are not allowed to bring any Electronic devices such as Mobile/Cell phones, programmable calculators, Tablets, I-pad, Bluetooth, Pagers or any other device capable of interacting/programming to the examination centre. Any violation of the above leads to disqualification of the candidature. 

8. Candidates are expected to behave in orderly and disciplined manner while taking the examination. The candidature will be rejected in such cases, in case of impersonation/disorder/Rowdy behaviour during examination. Necessary FIR for the incident will be lodged with concerned Police Station apart from disqualifying the candidature. The Centre Chief Invigilator is duly authorized to take spot action in such cases.

9. Candidates are prohibited from communicating, consulting or conversing with other candidates in the Examination Hall or causing disturbance in any manner whatsoever. Candidates are prohibited to borrow any item from other candidates in the Examination Hall. In case of any disturbance, such candidates would be disqualified. 

10. Frequent visits to toilet are not permitted. Candidates advised to use the toilet facility only in case of extreme necessity. If any candidates are found to be indulging in discussions or malpractice near the toilets or corridors of any other places after going out of the hall under the plea for going to toilet or otherwise they would be disqualified. 

11. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall till the expiry of full time. If any candidate leaves the examination hall in the middle, he would be disqualified. If there is any problem with computer system, the candidates have to wait without talking to others till the system is restored. In case of any violation, the candidatures will be disqualified. 

12. Candidates are requested to remain in their seat and not to glance in to the computer other than the one allotted to the candidate. If any candidate or candidates are found to be peeping or glancing in to computer of other candidates, they would be disqualified. 

13. The total duration of examination is 120 minutes. The medium of the examination is English only.

 14. Violation of any of the instructions may lead to invalidation of candidature besides penal action.

• Find the link for Assistant and Examiner Admit Card 2021.
• Fill in the application registration number and date of birth.
• Check the filled information and verify.
• Thereafter, check your respective admit card.
• Download the same and take a printout for further reference.

COVID - 19 INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE

1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from the entry point in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue. 

2. Candidate must bring their own Mask, Gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water Bottle, pen and the exam related documents (Hall Ticket, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside the exam venue. 

3. Mapping of 'Candidate Hall Ticket Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Hall Ticket and ID verification. 

 4. Temperature of all the candidates will be checked at the entry of the examination venue through ThermoGun. 

5. Candidates need to follow the directions given by the representatives & need to stand in the circles at the entry points 

6. At the registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands by using sanitizer. Photograph will be captured during the registration process.
